This garlicky and salty side dish of green beans will get your mouth watering for more. Reminiscent of stir-fried string beans at the Chinese restaurant, this recipe kicks it up a notch with heat and umaminess from our amazing sauce and bacon grease. Easy to prepare and sure to please.
Spicy Stir Fried Green Beans
Serves 4
Ingredients:

1 lb green beans, trimmed

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp seasoned salt

1 Tbsp Lan Prik Chili Sauce

Instructions

Bring a pot of water to boil, season with salt and add green beans. Boil for 5 minutes, or until starting to get tender. Drain.
- Heat a large skillet or pan over med-high heat. Cook chopped bacon until oil is released and starting to brown.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for no more than 10 seconds, then add green beans and seasoned salt. Mix and continue to cook until tender.
- Add Lan Prik Chili Sauce, mix, remove from heat, and serve.
**Canned green beans can be used as substitue for fresh green beans. If canned green beans are used, there is no need to boil them (skip step 1).
